What kind of events do you do?
We are here for any of your special event needs. Our beautiful glassware and accessories are available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, luncheons, dinner parties, corporate events and themed parties. If we missed anything…just let us know what you envision!
Can I come and see your inventory in person?
We encourage you to use our site photos and descriptions as an accurate reference of our collections and quantity available as we do not have an actual storefront location. However, we can accommodate arrangements to see a sample of our collection in person by appointment only, specific to your event needs upon request.
How do I get started?
Once you have your event date and venue booked, contact us to schedule an initial consultation (phone/email) to discuss your rental vision. If you have a clear idea of the kind of menu you will be serving to your guests (buffet, plated dinner, family-style, etc.) and the color theme you are interested in, this will help us get started on selecting the best vintage pieces for your special day.
Am I able to select a specific glassware pattern or design from within your collection?
Palladium Vintage Rentals is a “mismatch” vintage rental approach and we take great care in hand selecting each piece to complement your special day. That being said, we do want to make your vision come true as best we can and if your event size is within scope, we may be able to accommodate your request for a specific glassware pattern if we have enough of the pattern/design on hand. What do you charge for delivery?
We deliver all rental items directly to your event location. Delivery pricing depends upon the distance traveled, size of your order and time of delivery/pick-up. All rental items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
We may allow for very small orders to be picked up on a case by case basis, whereby a coordination fee will be charged. Contact us to inquire further.
What is the rental period?
Our rental rates cover a 24-48 hour period. Delivery/pick up is generally one day before -or- the day of the event; and return is one day after the event. Delivery/pick up dates and times will be specifically outlined in the Rental Agreement.
How do I reserve my date?
To secure your order, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your rental order along with the signed Rental Agreement. The balance of the rental amount, delivery charges, fully refundable damage deposit and any other applicable fees as outlined in your Rental Agreement is due 14 days prior to your event.
Do you have a rental minimum?
We have a $100 minimum for all rental orders due to the time it takes to coordinate and process items for your special event.
Can I make changes to my order?
We can work with you to make changes to your order up to 14 days before your event date. All changes are subject to availability and your order total may not drop below your 50% deposit amount as specified in your Rental Agreement or below the rental minimum.
How do I care for the rentals?
Our vintage glassware is fragile and should not be placed in the dishwasher or heated. Upon return of rental items to Palladium Vintage Rentals, all dishware, glassware and flatware must be wiped of food remnants (rinsed if possible), and packed in the containers provided or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
What happens if an item breaks?
We certainly understand things happen. Palladium Vintage Rentals retains a damage deposit in the amount of 10% of your subtotal ($50 minimum) in the event of loss or damage to items. If an item is damaged or missing, we will charge four times the rental cost of the broken item to replace it. The replacement cost will be withheld from the damage deposit, and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. If the damage or loss exceeds the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the balance.
